The Problem

Their job required frequent movement throughout the day to assist their tenants, so they were unable to remain in the office consistently to greet and sign out keys to their clients.

The Solution

The solution offered was to assist with signing out their property keys when they are too busy to do so. They will get the keys ready for us to sign out in bulk when they are in office, and we will assist by speaking to the clients once they arrive at 1060 Hay Street, and using their basic software to complete loans and returns.

The Implementation

We are constantly in discussion on how best we can support their company. I assist by relaying information to their tenants and contractors and loaning out keys for the properties they manage to them. Currently they will send the Liberty team an email with any key collections they need support with for the day, and we will assist.

The Outcome

This support allowed them to stay on the move throughout the day without needing to make frequent stops at the office, to accomplish more during their day.
