The Problem
The interstate team for ArcBlue was over for a job with a client and mentioned that said client had not booked any space for them in their building.
The Solution
I overheard and offered them Meetings Rooms at 37 St. Georges Terrace to use for the two days they needed.
The Implementation
Asked the question initially to see if it would be viable
Once informed that yes, it would be very helpful to have the Meeting Rooms for these conferences.
I then made accommodations across the two days to fit them into the meeting rooms here at 37.
I also assisted the team with tech and client greeting/coffee making across the time they were here.
The Outcome
The benefit was that the customer had space and the tools to properly carry out the conferences they were holding with their West Australian client for the time they were based here.
