The Problem
Client had a package that was very important to her and it was never delivered to our desk on Level 17.
The Solution
I had offered to track down the package using her Auspost tracking ID.
The Implementation
I looked at the tracking ID online and looked at where the package was photographed. Then I went downstairs to concierge where they unlocked the mail box to reveal the package.
The Outcome
The client was very glad and was very grateful for us to find the package as she needed it that night.
