The Problem

Needed a 4 to 6 person office instead of co-working as the business was growing- and once moved into their 6 person office they needed an upgrade again to an 8 person office due to more growing.

The Solution

Moved first into a 6 person office with a step deal for the first 3 month (lower rate) as they only needed a 4 person office then rent increase to accommodate for the 6 person. Had to move again due to unforeseen demand so upgraded to 8 person office.

The Implementation

Offered different offices as a solution and step deals.

The Outcome

Due to our flexibility the customer was able to move instantly and accommodate their new staff members.
