Terms & Conditions
The May Madness $5 First Hour Offer (“Offer”) is available for a limited time at participating Liberty Flexible Workspaces locations and is subject to the following terms and conditions:
Offer Details
- The Offer provides $5 for the first hour of meeting room hire.
- Standard meeting room rates apply after the first hour and will be charged accordingly.
- The Offer is valid for bookings made and held during the promotional period, unless extended or withdrawn earlier at Liberty’s discretion.
Eligibility & Usage
- The Offer is limited to one (1) use per client/company.
- Liberty reserves the right to determine eligibility and refuse multiple bookings under the Offer where misuse is suspected.
- The Offer is available to new and existing clients, however priority may be given to external or first-time users
Booking Conditions
- Bookings must be made within 7 days of the meeting date.
- The Offer must be requested at the time of booking by quoting “May Madness”.
- The Offer applies to selected meeting rooms, locations, and time slots only, subject to availability.
- Bookings are first come, first served and are not guaranteed until confirmed by Liberty.
Availability & Restrictions
- The Offer is valid for last-minute and short-term bookings only and may not be used for advance or recurring bookings.
- Liberty reserves the right to exclude peak times, high-demand rooms, or specific dates at its discretion.
- The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, credit, or package.
Cancellations & Changes
- Standard Liberty meeting room cancellation policies apply.
- If a booking is cancelled or modified outside of the applicable notice period, standard rates and/or cancellation fees will apply.
Additional Charges
- Any additional services, including but not limited to catering, extended time, equipment hire, or room upgrades, will be charged at standard rates.
- If a booking exceeds the initial hour, the applicable standard hourly rate will automatically apply.
General
- The Offer is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
- Liberty Flexible Workspaces reserves the right to amend, extend, or withdraw the Offer at any time without notice.
- By making a booking under this Offer, clients agree to these Terms & Conditions.
