Bio

Distinctly mediocre through school and university where I studied Graphic Design, I spent 15 years in the hospitality sector in both the UK and Australia, settling into venue management for small, boutique cocktail bars in Sydney.

After tiring of the late nights and long hours, I made the jump to the 9-5 life and transitioned to sales in the wine and liquor industry for a couple of years throughout the pandemic.

I ended up in the flexible workspace as a happy accident – being able to utilize my management skills built through hospitality and sales techniques to the co-working world and haven’t looked back.

Back in my alcohol selling days, a small mom & pop’s pizza shop were very overwhelmed when looking to expand their beverage offerings. I happily called on my experience behind the bar and developed a bespoke, easily constructed cocktail list and conducted a comprehensive training session on all aspects of good bar practices.
