All my friends and family, especially my littles brothers, they are quiet the comedians – surround yourself with amazing people that make you laugh even on your bad days.

Exceptional customer service is all about going the extra mile and making sure you listen to your clients needs. I booked accommodation for a client over the phone I started making conversation & showing interest in his plans for his travels. He advised me he was planning a surprise honeymoon for his new wife. Once the booking was complete I phoned the hotel and advised them about his surprise plans. I requested if they could make his stay extra special (wine, chocolates, flowers) and a note from myself congratulating them. I am pleased to say they were very thankful I made their stay extra special.
