- Limited Time Offer:
This promotional offer is available for a limited time only and must be accepted and commenced prior to 30 June 2026, unless extended or withdrawn by Liberty Flexible Workspaces at its sole discretion. - Offer Inclusions:
Eligible clients will receive a 50% discount off the standard advertised license fee for a private office or workstation for half the length of the initial contract term. - Minimum Term:
A minimum contract term of 6 months and a maximum contract term of 12 months applies to qualify for this offer. Shorter terms will not be eligible for the discount. - Pricing Basis:
The 50% discount is calculated based on the standard advertised monthly license fee for the selected office or workstation. The discount does not apply to any additional services, such as meeting room hire, printing, catering, telephone or internet services, or other add-ons. - Standard Deposit Practices Apply:
A security deposit will be required in accordance with Liberty Flexible Workspaces standard terms. The deposit amount will be based on the full, undiscounted license fee and not the promotional rate. - Notice Periods:
Standard notice periods, as outlined in the signed license agreement, apply. - Office Selection:
This offer is subject to availability and applies only to selected offices and workstations at participating Liberty Flexible Workspaces locations. - New Clients Only:
Offer is available to new clients or existing clients entering into a new license agreement for additional space. It does not apply to renewals or variations of current agreements. - Non-Transferable & Non-Redeemable:
The promotional discount is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. - Early Termination:
In the event of early termination of the agreement by the client, Liberty Flexible Workspaces reserves the right to revoke the promotional discount and apply standard rates retrospectively for the duration of occupancy.

Liberty Flexible Workspaces reserves the right to modify or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice
