“I’m a customer at Liberty 197 St George’s Terrace in Perth. I’ve been there for around 6 months and have been continually impressed with Nicole’s management, Annebelle’s customer service, and both of their open-hearted dedication which has made the office an impeccable and yet super friendly place to be. They really go above and beyond with big things like social lunches where they’ll stop at nothing to make sure all the food everyone loves is there on time – even if they have to rock up to KFC on foot to pick up a huge order that would have been late otherwise and also little things like applying their previous barista experience to the complimentary coffees on Monday morning. It’s all much appreciated, and I hope they find out about this nomination!

Sophie: Customer service par excellence!

“Sophie is an endless source of delight and wonder. She somehow manages to juggle the competing needs of her clients, building maintenance, visitors and guest with enthusiasm and professionalism. I have been a tenant since July and Sophie is a credit to your organisation. In addition to her standard duties, Sophie’s “non-standard” duties include collecting me from the lobby when I forget my swipe card. When that happens, I send Sophie a plaintive email and wait for her in the lobby. She is an early bird and usually is coming in from the gym. I can be counted on to do this at least once a fortnight.“
