“Sophie has consistently delivered exceptional service, spontaneous flexibility and is as cool as the other side of the pillow under pressure. Today, however, she did something truly special. Having not worked in the office as often as previous I had simply forgot how to leave the office with my keys intact. It’s Friday, after hours, and I’ve managed to lock myself out of the office. Enter Sophie, who not only returns to the office, but RUNS there, to ensure I can get my keys, wallet, and of course key card which are all safe and sound in my liberty serviced office. Sophie was an absolute life saver today, and even missed part of her own internal Christmas party for my silly mistake.”

“We walked into the North Sydney office on the off chance one of your meeting rooms was available. Nina greeted us on arrival and showed us around the spaces. She was informative, professional and her smile lights up a room. After some discussion we decided to use the large meeting space on the ground level for some interviews. The customer service from start to finish was outstanding, from a last minute logo for the screen to topping up water and ordering lunch.
