Team Announcements
October 25, 2019
Achieving significant growth and creating more opportunities for our team has been very exciting but growth of this size and speed creates several challenges.
We have been very focused on limiting the impact on our clients as we recruited and trained our newest Liberators and we have remained nimble and open to change as the business grew and evolved.
With that growth has come some new faces and some small restructuring to the organisation. please find below a summary of the recent changes we announced to clients yesterday.
Paul Miller is excited to be taking on the role of Chief Operating Officer. Paul’s vast experience within the flexible workspace sector and his 25-year record of building strong, focussed and loyal teams will be of real benefit to all stakeholders. He will be very visible across the business with a keen eye on standards, developing and motivating the Liberators and driving the business forward.
Natasha Vine has been promoted to Business Development Director and will replace Paul as the head of sales across the business. Natasha has over 15 years flexible workspace experience and has had incredible success in our Burswood and Hay Street locations since joining the business in July last year. She will now manage sales across the entire business.
Jayde Towers has been promoted to Senior Client Service Manager and will be relocating to manage Allendale Square and 37 St Georges Terrace. She will be supported by Genevieve, Chavon & Chloe, all of whom have become shining examples of what being a Liberator is all about. Jayde has done an excellent job in our Hay Street location, building strong client relationships over the last 12 months and I am excited to see her flourish in her new role.
Nicole Edeling will stay at 197 St Georges Terrace but will also be providing operational support to Paul as he learns the service delivery side of the business in more detail. Nicole will continue to be supported by Anneliese Kirkland who has made a fantastic impact on the business since joining a couple of months ago.
Hannah Byrne has agreed to move to Hay St where she will focus on developing Amy Wilson, a recently joined Liberator with management potential, together with managing the imminent migration of the telephone system.
Deborah Stano has been promoted to Events Manager at the Liberty Training & Conference Centre at 197 St Georges Terrace. She has added real value to this incredibly busy facility, and I am sure the busyness will continue!
I would also like to welcome Maeghan Macdonald as Client Service Manager at our Burswood location. Maeghan has taken to the role very quickly and she will be supported by Ali Williams who has also made an excellent impression over her first few months.
This is a very exciting chapter in the Liberty journey with fantastic opportunities for everyone going forward. Please join me in wishing everyone the best of luck in their new roles.
