Liberty Wins Inaugural Diversity and Inclusion Award at FWA Conference 2024.
Liberty Flexible Workspaces is thrilled to announce that we have been honored with the Diversity and Inclusion Award at this year’s Flexible Workspace Australia Awards. This recognition highlights our dedication to creating a supportive, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all members of our community.
As WA’s largest independent flexible workspace provider, Liberty operates across 6 prestigious locations in Perth, and has recently opened North Sydney, with another two locations set to open in St Leonard’s and Brisbane CBD later this year.

Winning the inaugural Diversity and Inclusion Award affirms the impact of our initiatives, including gender representation in leadership (with 57% of our executive team composed of women), our ongoing mental health and well-being programs, and our commitment to supporting underrepresented groups. From hosting ‘Happiness at Work Week Australia’ to mentoring young professionals and offering free resources to startups, our efforts are creating real change.
