Congratulations to Sophie and Charleigh for remaining cool, calm and collected during an emergency situation, despite Charleigh only being a few weeks into her role. And a huge congratulations to Jenny on receiving her first WOW! Award—a well-deserved recognition of her hard work and commitment!
